Authentic MExican cuisine

Alejandro Lara is an entrepreneur from Mexico who moved to Toronto to complete his studies. During his time in Toronto he has bee involved in the food industry by operating and owning two Ghost Kitchens locations in Toronto and the GTA . He is partnering with his dad to combine both his experience and love for his culture, to bring costumers authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine. 

To bring the best of Mexican gastronomy to the Canadian consumers, changing their perception of Mexican food for a wider knowledge of the vast diversity of this.

The company mission is to include a wide variety of Mexican dishes, only available in full-service restaurants, within the options for those consumers who regularly purchases their meal from a fast-food restaurant.
